Biography:

“I started taking interest in computer graphics and used to practise it in a playful way. Nobody could foresee that a boy who could not draw even a single line properly, would start making pictures conveying depth and deep insight. My work was very much appreciated by everyone. My grandfather then bought a computer for me; I was fascinated by it. When I began conveying my inner thoughts on screen through computer drawing and graphics, people were pleasantly surprised and motivated me further. Finally in 2003, I hosted my first solo exhibition and got a great response from the viewers which boosted my confidence. Also, my entries got selected for the National Exhibition organized by Lalit Kala Academy, Delhi in 2004. This is how my journey as an artist started. The severity of my physical condition posed a hurdle in pursuing an Art degree from a renowned art college at Chandigarh. Therefore, I could not pursue my degree. In 2011, I was invited by my dream college in Chandigarh to conduct a workshop on digital art. Virtual reality proved to a blessing as it gave me mental and emotional strength to cope with my condition.”
