Founder of Not Just Art and Youth4Jobs, Meera is a pioneer in skilling rural, tribal and youth with disabilities for jobs. She has worked in senior government positions, and consulted for World Bank, ILO and UNDP across South Asia. She has won several national and international awards. Her recent inspirational book You Can is a best seller. She is invited globally to do workshops around the book on inclusion. She conceived of Not Just Art based on her discussions with parents of adolescent children with disabilities, with artistic talent.

Co-founder of Not Just Art, Rupa is a New York-based artist and award-winning digital creative leader with 14 years of global design experience in prestige beauty, luxury, and consumer goods. She currently leads user experience and product design for global beauty brands like Estée Lauder, MAC, Clinique, Aveda, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Smashbox. She is inspired to leverage her strengths in art, design, and technology to bring the vision of Not Just Art to life, giving others the opportunity to live up to their full creative potential.
